It incorporates concepts from the fields of graphic design, art theory, and information mapping, as well as Meyer’s Principles of Multimedia Learning and Ruth Colvin Clark’s Evidence-Based Training Methods. This list is in no way comprehensive, but provides some best practices for the production of training materials.

When launching a new customer service offering for staff of Columbia University Medical Center, I collaborated with the Communications team to create this one-minute video of senior organizational leaders promoting the new program.
